Important Notice:

Due to the fact that I'm indulged in professional live and I'm compelled to take 2 days off work for an over.night appointment taking place outside  the city I live, I kindly ask you to inform me at last 24h in advance before  beginning of preplanned date in the case of a change of date or cancellation. If any appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, we shall bill 30% of the remuneration fees preciously agreed upon to compensate me for my work stoppage. The incurring travel expenses such as flight tickets cancellation fees shall also be charged in the invoice. Of course, efforts are made to obtaincancellation of flight tickets and hotel bookings free of charge but this is unfortunatly not always possible.

After the beginning of the appointment, if you are not able to    make use of the complete time palnned because of, for    example, sudden, unpredictable business agreements, you    may abrupt the date and renumerate me for the actual time    spent. An abruption, however, before the expiration of the    minimum booking period of me shall nevertheless be charged    in the invoice. Kindly bear in mind that the time margin can not    be made up for a later appointment, should you want to meet    me again, a new booking at usual conditions shall accrue. This    regulation only holds for bookings in my residence town. If I    should have taken a longer trip to the meeting point, an    additional fee shall be imposed for the compensation of the    accruing expenses such as travel time and possibly the    costs for accomodation.

Please note that bookings up to 2 hours can only be arranged    in Munich. Bookings for 3 hours or longer can also be    arranged for a location outside of Munich. Where travel is    required beyond 50 km of Munich, transportation costs will    have to be accounted for.These will be train, flight, taxi or fuel    costs. Please inquire when making your booking.

In case you want to pay the remuneration fee with a foreign    currency, please mention this to me while placing your    booking.To avoid significant exchange-rate fluctuations and    bank fees, we prefer to receive payments via bank transfer:
